Job summary

Mankun Law PLLC is a boutique cross-border AI and fintech law firm serving founders, investors, and tech companies across the US–China corridor, with teams in New York, Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, and Greater China. We are expanding our US bench and seeking entrepreneurial attorneys to join as Partners and Of Counsel.

You will work on Web3, AI, IP, startup financing, and founders' immigration matters, with autonomy of a boutique and the reach of a multi-office platform.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing (Certificate of Good Standing required).
• Experience in one or more: Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency; AI, IP, and technology law incl. data privacy; founders' immigration and visa applications.
• A book of business or drive to build one (for Partner candidates).
• Cross-border or bilingual English/Mandarin capability is a strong plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated, first-of-their-kind matters at the US-China tech-law intersection.
• Collaborate with a boutique team across a multi-office platform.

We're looking for entrepreneurial attorneys to join us asPartners and Of Counsel.

• Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency — token issuance, digital assets, exchange and protocol compliance
• AI, IP, and technology law — navigating data privacy and emerging-tech regulation
• Startup formation and venture financing — entity structuring, SAFEs, equity, and fund work
• Founders' immigration — visa strategy and applications for international entrepreneurs

• Active membership in the California Bar in good standing (Certificate of Good Standing required)
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of: (1) Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency; (2) AI, IP, and technology law, including data privacy; (3) founders' immigration and visa applications
• A book of business or the drive to build one (for Partner candidates)
• Cross-border or bilingual (English/Mandarin) capability is a strong plus, though not required
