They are seeking established specialist Partners to join the firm. The firm operates a progressive, partner first model designed for entrepreneurial attorneys who already have a strong practice and want:

About the Role

This opportunity is aimed at specialist attorneys only ... Partners who are leaders in a clearly defined practice area.

Ideal candidates will be:

• Currently practising at a well regarded law firm
• Experienced in handling sophisticated matters
• Must bring a portable book of business
• Either already engaged in international work or have a genuine desire to develop an international practice
• Commercially minded and client focused

The firm is a full-service international law firm, and is open to Partners across all practice areas including (but not limited to):

• Corporate
• M&A
• Litigation
• Arbitration
• Labor & Employment
• IP
• Technology
• Private Client
• Tax
• Finance
• Regulatory
• Energy
• Construction
• Insurance
• and other specialist disciplines.

Qualifications

Partners are rewarded directly for the business they generate through a simple and transparent revenue-share structure:

• Up to $300,000 - 70% to the Partner
• $300,000 – $500,000 - 75% to the Partner
• $500,000 and above - 80% to the Partner

In addition:

• 15% commission on work you originate and refer to other Partners
• The ability to build your own team
• Access to junior lawyers, paralegals and administrative support
• Cross border referral opportunities through a global network
