Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to transfer to various departments when needed.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a team to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Follow safe work practices and OSHA regulations.
• Protect company assets and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator in planning manufacturing activities and communicating material shortages or issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
