Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing is seeking a Home Building Team Member to support the production process in our Texas facilities. The role focuses on safe, efficient manufacturing practices and adherence to quality standards.

You will work in a team to produce components, read orders, and follow procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Training and long-term growth opportunities are offered within Clayton's manufacturing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and positive attitude with clear communication.
• No recent verbal disciplinary actions for attendance.
• Achieved at least "High Performing" on most recent evaluation.
• No final written disciplinary actions in last 6 months.
• Ability to learn from feedback and follow procedures.
• Ability to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that meet quality standards and productivity goals.
• Protect company assets and report maintenance needs; keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator by communicating material shortages and maintenance needs, and reporting quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
