Job summary

401GO is seeking a General Support Representative in Sandy, UT to handle inbound calls and email inquiries from 401(k) participants. You will explain plan features, assist with enrollment, and resolve account issues in a fast-paced fintech setting.

The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Training will be provided for 401(k) knowledge, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; fintech/401(k) experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of 401(k) plans is helpful but not required—training provided.
• Bilingual is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Answer participant phone calls promptly with a friendly, professional tone.
• Respond to participant emails with accurate, helpful information on accounts and plans.
• Explain 401(k) enrollment, features, and contribution options clearly.
• Troubleshoot account access issues and guide users through solutions.
• Escalate complex inquiries to specialized teams and follow up.
• Document interactions in the support system and identify improvement opportunities.
