Family Service Association in Mashpee, MA is seeking two full-time Participant Care Associate / Program Aide (PCA/PA) to support the Adult Day Health program. The role assists the Activity Director and Program Coordinator with daily activities, records, and participant care in a collaborative team environment.

The position offers a $1,000 signing bonus, a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., and an hourly wage of $19–$20.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of experience with adults or chronically disabled.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• CPR/Heimlich training preferred or competence per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain participant records and daily activity logs.
• Observe and report participant status and care provided.
• Assist with program design to support growth and quality.
• Provide basic nursing assistance including vitals and hygiene.
• Support meal service and ADL assistance.
