Job summary

Family Service Association in Mashpee, MA, is seeking 2 full-time Participant Care Associates to support an Adult Day Health program. The role, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m.–2:45 p.m., offers a $1,000 signing bonus and an hourly rate of $19–$20.

Responsibilities include maintaining participant records, observing care needs, assisting with daily activities and basic nursing tasks, meal service, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CNA preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience with adults or chronically disabled.
• Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively.
• CNA preferred; MA CORI CPS checks and pre-employment physical required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain participant records including program notes and daily logs.
• Observe and document participant status and care.
• Assist Program Coordinator with new ideas to grow the program.
• Provide basic nursing tasks such as recording vital signs and assisting with ADLs.
• Assist with meal procurement, service and clean up following USDA standards.
• Set up, implement and breakdown daily activities; maintain a safe environment.
