PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR

About the Role:
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Worcester is seeking a PHP Coordinator to join our team. Our PHPs are group-based, short-term programs for individuals requiring a higher level of care. We focus on creating a therapeutic, safe, and supportive environment that promotes emotional and psychological well-being.
The Coordinator assists in the quality and fiscal management of the PHP program. In collaboration with or in the absence of the Assistant/Director PHP, they ensure clinical services comply with regulations and payer contracts. The Coordinator also delivers direct client services, participates in treatment planning, and handles administrative duties.
