About the Role:

Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Full Time Clinician opportunities for Latinx Licensed Clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards licensure in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Worcester, MA. Our programs are group-based and short-term, designed for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams foster a therapeutic, safe, and supportive environment, prioritizing the emotional and psychological well-being of clients. We provide a warm, encouraging work environment that values healthy dynamics and strive to deliver compassionate, innovative care to youth and families.

The Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician delivers direct services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and ensures treatments are within the scope of training and competence.
