Job summary

Orchard Place is seeking a Part-time Community Service Learning Caseworker to support youth in completing service hours. You will work with youth, families and the team to provide restorative services and maintain records, while upholding the agency's philosophy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation when needed, communicating with the supervisor, and participating in mandatory trainings.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to interact with youth, families and staff.
• Ability to follow program policies and funding requirements.
• Must demonstrate understanding of counseling approaches and safe care.

Responsibilities

• Assists youth in completing community service/classroom hours.
• Maintains client files and coordinates with the program team.
• Provides transportation and ensures timely communication with supervisor.
• Adheres to agency philosophy, values and inclusion standards.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries.
