Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Hawaii Job Corps Center in Waimanalo, HI where our staff provide quality services to our local youth. We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people's lives and we want YOU to join our team!

You'll be responsible for monitoring, planning, and directing students engaged in center sponsored recreational activities both on and off center.

Competenze

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• One year experience working with youth.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Computer proficiency.

Mansioni

• Monitor, plan, and direct students in center-sponsored recreational activities both on and off center.
• Organize and oversee student participation in recreation/avocation activities and extended learning.
• Chaperone students to recreation functions on and off center.
• Plan activities to enhance student retention and meet needs.
• Participate in Career Development Services System through peer leadership activities.
