Job summary

Management & Training Corporation is seeking a part-time staff member at the Hawaii Job Corps Center in Waimanalo. The role involves transporting and monitoring students during off‑center activities in compliance with government and management directives.

Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, report preparation, supervising recreational activities, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment while delivering positive customer service to students and center staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in transportation and supervision roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from airport, bus stations, work-based learning sites or appointments as required.
• Assist in the preparation of reports.
• Maintain vehicles for routine service; clean vehicles; check fluid levels; perform routine inspections.
• Supervise off-center recreational activities and guide student behavior.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and provide positive customer service to students and staff.
