Community Solutions Inc. is seeking a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist (Youth Residential Mentor) in Coventry, RI. You will supervise youth residents, develop individualized plans, and maintain records to support reintegration into the community.

The role requires a high school diploma plus relevant social service or criminal justice experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers shift flexibility and opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents.
• Develop and implement individualized resident plans.
• Maintain up-to-date records of resident progress and behavior.
• Conduct intake and orientation for new arrivals.
• Monitor medication self-administration and conduct searches as required.
• Assist with transportation and movement of clients.
