Job summary

Multnomah Athletic Club is seeking a warm, energetic Youth Programs Attendant (Floater) to support Drop-In Child Care and Indoor Playground for infants to school age. Part-time, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM, Monday–Friday with possible additional hours.

You will welcome families, supervise children, and help run activities while modeling MAC's Code of Conduct. Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment for members and families.
• Work cooperatively with Club team members and attend trainings.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to policies and safety standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care and supervise children in care and playground activities.
• Set up, sanitize, and store classroom equipment and supplies.
• Lead age-appropriate activities and routines in childcare and playground spaces.
