Job summary

Columbia Athletic Club is seeking a part-time Kids Club Attendant for weekday morning shifts. This role focuses on providing safe, engaging activities and attentive supervision for children while parents use the club facilities.

The Day Care Attendant will maintain a clean, organized Day Care room, monitor children's health, and report any concerns to parents or supervisors. CPR certification and a caring, patient approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Babysitting/child-care experience in a group setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work lovingly and positively with children.
• CPR certified.
• Available to work varied schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Day Care room safe, picked up, and organized.
• Play with children including reading, drawing and games.
• Hold children and comfort them as necessary.
• Alert parents when a child needs special attention.
• Keep accurate records of attendance and notes for each child.
• Keep Day Care toys and area clean and disinfected.
