Job summary

Southwest Key Programs in Athens, GA seeks a Youth Tracker to complete daily contact with youth, support service plan goals, and travel to various client locations. Part-time regular position with evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.

The role requires maintaining documentation in JTS and ETO, strong communication, driving and background check, and ability to work with youth in diverse settings. Travel up to 85% within Georgia; 15% office work; own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months experience working with youth and families.
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, registration and insurance.
• Criminal background check cleared by state authority.
• Good verbal and writing skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face daily contacts with youth at various locations.
• Manage behaviors using programmatic and individual structure.
• Develop youth accountability and supportive relationships.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Enter data into JTS and ETO systems promptly.
• Assist with coordination of youth activities and groups.
• Provide crisis intervention and administer first aid when necessary.
