LINC is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support our facilities on-site across locations in the United States. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and responsive help for staff and visitors during part-time hours.

The position requires flexible shifts, strong communication, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. Collaboration with team members will drive site improvements and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Part-time hours with flexible schedule incl evenings/weekends.
• Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures relevant to site management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.
• Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to implement site-specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
