The role emphasizes flexible, part-time hours and proactive problem solving to maintain an organized, welcoming environment across sites.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to lift and move equipment, and a collaborative approach to daily tasks and events.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including potential evenings or weekends.
• Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures relevant to site management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.
• Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to implement site-specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
