Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at the Lincoln Club in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This after-school program role supports a positive educational environment and encourages youth development.

Position is part-time, Monday–Friday, approx 2 pm–6 pm (20 hours/week). Starting pay is $17 per hour with paid holidays, PTO, training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
