Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio, Westwood Club in Elyria, Ohio, is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) for the 2026-27 school year. This part-time role supports after-school programming from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, approximately 20 hours per week, with a starting pay of $17 per hour.

We seek team players who can serve as role models, foster a caring educational environment, and collaborate with peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
