Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is seeking a Young Development Professional to support after-school programming. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, about 2 pm–6 pm (20 hours/week) with starting pay of $17/hour.

You will help create a safe, engaging environment, collaborate with teammates, and model positive behavior. Background check and drug test are required; HS diploma and 1 year youth experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth (preferred).
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Support an exciting, caring and enjoyable educational environment.
• Collaborate with peers to deliver after-school activities.
