Job summary

Natick Swim Team in Natick, MA seeks a PASSIONATE, ENTHUSIASTIC, and RELIABLE part-time Swim Coach to help young swimmers aged 5-18 improve, stay safe, and enjoy the sport. Safety and supervision are essential daily responsibilities.

You will design age-appropriate practice schedules, teach stroke development, plan meets, communicate with families, maintain a positive, professional environment, and collaborate with staff to support each swimmer's goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to interact with participants of various ages and abilities.
• Adult/Child and infant CPR certification, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and motivate a competitive swimming team.
• Design and implement age-appropriate practice schedules.
• Be punctual, prepared and organized daily.
• Attend team meetings.
• Communicate with participants and parents about meet and practice schedules.
• Plan and execute swim meets.
• Maintain a fun, safe, and professional environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
