Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring a part-time Assistant Club Director (ACD) for Lincoln Elementary Club in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The role supports daily operations, staff supervision, and program quality to ensure an engaging youth experience.

The ideal candidate holds a four-year degree or equivalent experience, has hands-on BGCA-style supervision, and can recruit and train staff. CPR and driver’s license are required or obtained within 6 months.

Competenze

• Four-year degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
• 1 year work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities.
• Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, facilities management, and the recruitment and retention of key personnel.
• Ability to recruit, train, supervise & motivate staff.
• Effective communication skills both oral and written.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrated ability in working with young people, parents, and community leaders.
• Valid State Driver’s License & CPR certification required (or obtain within 6 months of hire).

Mansioni

• Assist Club Director with recruiting, selecting and managing program staff.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks.
• Cultivate positive and beneficial relationships with local businesspeople, school officials, politicians, parents and other social service agencies and the community at large.
• Ensure building and property of the Club are safe, clean and in good condition for daily programming.
• Provide guidance and be a Role Model.
