Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking Cheerleading Coaches to support or lead teams across the country this season. Candidates should be team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes, with 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to competitions.

Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics experience is preferred but not required. A background check will be conducted; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success with youth aged 4–15.

Qualifications

• Cheer, dance or gymnastics experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to competitions.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization of deadlines.
• Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing check-ins, and basic record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Teach cheer classes for ages 4-15.
• Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging instruction.
• Oversee class check-ins and maintain basic records.
• Attend meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions each session.
