Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking Cheerleading Coaches to support or lead teams across the country this season. Ideal candidates are team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes. Some cheer knowledge is preferred; background in gymnastics is a plus. Expect 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to competitions. Pass background check and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience preferred but not required.
• Experience teaching children ages 4-15 is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for local travel and competitions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes to children ages 4-15 with cheer/dance/gymnastics elements.
• Prepare lesson plans and manage class check-ins and attendance.
• Coordinate with organizers for clinics and cheer competitions.
• Attend occasional meetings and training sessions; travel on weekends as needed.
