Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking part-time cheerleading coaches to assist or lead teams across our programs. Candidates should be willing to coach all levels and dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices, with some weekends for travel to competitions.

Experience in Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics is a plus, and the ability to work with children aged 4–15 with reliable transportation is important. Background checks will be required.

Qualifications

• Cheer/dance/gymnastics experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience teaching children is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and lead sessions for ages 4–15.
• Prepare class materials, manage check-ins, and maintain basic records.
• Coordinate occasional meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions.
