Job summary

Champion Force Athletics is seeking Cheerleading Coaches to support or lead teams across the country this season. Candidates should be team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes, with a preference for cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience.

The role is part-time, requiring 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to competitions. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential, as is passing a background check.

Qualifications

• Cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to dedicate 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience teaching children is a plus.
• All classes may be scattered but most coaches work 3–4 classes per day.

Responsibilities

• Teaching responsibilities include class preparation, instructing students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping.
• There will also be occasional meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions each session.
