Job Title: Youth Care Worker

Job Summary:
The Youth Care Worker is responsible for providing direct care and supervision to children at A Kid’s Place, ensuring their safety, well-being, and growth. This role fosters positive relationships with youth, teaches life skills, and implements behavior management techniques to create a stable and enriching experience. Additionally, the Youth Care Worker maintains confidentiality, assists with daily living activities, and collaborates with other staff to support individualized service plans.
Commonly Available Shifts:
Part-time Youth Care Workers are REQUIRED to work at least one weekend day per week and at least 16 hours per pay period (biweekly)

Shifts are designed to maintain 24-hour operations in a residential facility. Part-time Youth Care Workers are expected to work at least 16 hours biweekly and at least one weekend day per week. Please see posting for current available shifts. Shift differentials include an additional $1/hour for 3 PM - 11 PM shifts, and an additional $2/hour for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts.
