Nexus Family Healing in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking a part-time staff member to support clients with daily living activities and scheduled therapeutic activities. The role is 10–20 hours per week, with a 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:30am, onsite at 2031 Victoria Rd S.

You will mentor client activities, work with colleagues on treatment plans, and help maintain a respectful, diverse, and safe environment while engaging with families as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mentorship and supervision of client daily activities and behavior according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with coworkers on implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic services.
• Respect and support diversity in all interactions and strive for a positive therapeutic environment.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a clean, respectful living environment.
• Plan and participate in client activities and adapt interactions to client phases and needs.
• Coordinate with families/support networks to reinforce positive involvement.
