ALIGN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC is seeking a Behavioral Assistant to support youth ages 5–20 in home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes implementing treatment goals, coaching skills in real time, and collaborating with caregivers and clinical staff.

The position is part-time with flexible after-school and evening hours, requiring a high school diploma, a valid NJ driver’s license, and prior related experience. Training is provided and supervision is available.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of relevant youth behavioral/mental health support experience preferred.
• Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-to-one with youth ages 5–20 in home, school, and community per treatment plan goals.
• Model and coach routines, coping strategies, communication, and following expectations.
• Help youth regulate behaviors and coach caregivers when not present.
• Write a progress note for every session in CYBER within agency timeframe.
• Attend Child Family Team meetings as requested and coordinate with clinical staff.
