A healthcare organization in New Jersey seeks Part Time Behavioral Assistants to provide support for children and teens with developmental disabilities. As a Behavioral Assistant, you will work directly with clients in their homes or communities, helping to implement treatment plans and promote daily living skills. Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in behavioral healthcare.
2-4 years of experience working with children with disabilities.
Valid NJ Driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
Consent to and pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Visit clients at home or in the community to provide support.
Implement Individual Support Plans and behavioral procedures.
Assist in training caregivers and staff.
Ensure all agency policies are followed.
