Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in behavioral healthcare.
• 2-4 years of experience working with children with disabilities.
• Valid NJ Driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• Consent to and pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients at home or in the community to provide support.
• Implement Individual Support Plans and behavioral procedures.
• Assist in training caregivers and staff.
• Ensure all agency policies are followed.
• Participate in required training.
