Job summary

Berkshirejobs is seeking a half-time Behavioral Health professional to provide clinical oversight across Day Services, case management, and therapeutic programming for youth. Responsibilities include intake assessments, family meetings, and collaboration with DMH case managers.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field with licensure preferred, strong documentation skills, and the ability to lead groups and coordinate care across teams. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or other clinical concentration. LICSW/LMHC preferred.
• Diagnostic and treatment knowledge and skill.
• Experience in individual and group mental health/substance abuse counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Behavioral Health Treatment, Case management, and Therapeutic Recreational services.
• Coordinate family meetings and intake assessments; provide clinical oversight in Day Services.
• Deliver direct services with Direct Care staff in programing including therapeutic recreational programming.
• Maintain client records and ensure state documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate treatment components and communicate with collateral agents and sub-contractors.
• Provide treatment within guidelines established by the Brien Center.
