Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited graduate program such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.
• License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) eligible.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual & group therapy to patients with varied mental health and co-occurring disorders.
• Complete initial assessments, counseling, group therapy, treatment planning, and aftercare planning.
• Refer for medication evaluations as needed and coordinate with on-site providers.
• Complete documentation in compliance with hospital and DMH/BSAS/Joint Commission requirements.
• Manage caseload, including consultations and follow-ups on missed appointments.
• Maintain licensure and credentialing requirements for the role.
