Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; LCSW, LICSW, LMHC preferred.
• Experience in providing mental health/substance abuse and family counseling.
• Ability to work on interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic mental health/substance use assessment.
• Provide Direct Service in therapeutic programming.
• Maintain client records and required State documentation.
