National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Behavioral Health Respite Treatment Advocate in Middletown, OH. This part-time role (25-29 hours per week) involves supporting youth with behavioral health needs and providing respite care in home, community, and office settings.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED with preferred Associates or Bachelor’s studies; 21+ and daily travel; a flexible schedule including after-school, evenings, and some weekends.

Formación

• Minimum age 21+ with a High School diploma or GED.
• Associates or Bachelor’s program preferred; GED/HS required.
• Travel required with flexible schedule; after school/evening/weekend availability.
• Reliable phone; basic computer, smartphone, and tablet use.
• Must be willing to transport clients to activities as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in youth treatment/service plan development.
• Engage youth to build a trusting, supportive relationship.
• Provide 1-on-1 oversight per treatment plan.
• Document conversations and outcomes for billing.
• Identify outside resources for youth development and goal attainment.
• Provide transportation for youth to locations and activities as needed.
