National Youth Advocate Program seeks Behavioral Health Respite Treatment Advocates in Ross County, OH. This contingent, part-time role offers up to 19 hours weekly with a $21/hour pay and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Travel to meet clients and flexible after-school and weekend shifts are required to support youth in home, community, and office settings. Responsibilities include developing youth plans, building trust with clients, documenting outcomes for billing, and coordinating with community

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; GED/HS diploma required.
• Daily travel with flexible schedule; afterschool/evening/weekend availability.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in development of youth treatment/service plans.
• Build trusting relationships with youth and support goal attainment.
• Provide 1-on-1 activities and transport as needed.
• Document conversations and outcomes for billing; identify resources.
