Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Respite Treatment Advocate in Kenton, OH. The role supports adolescents and families with behavior health services and respite care, including transportation and community engagement, in home, community, and office settings.

The position requires flexible after-school/evening hours with 19–29 hours weekly and a compensation of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher; enrollment accepted for some roles.
• GED or High School Diploma also acceptable.
• Experience in child welfare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of youth treatment/service plans.
• Develop trusting relationships with youth and families.
• Provide 1-on-1 activities and oversight per treatment plan.
• Document conversations and outcomes; submit billing paperwork.
• Identify community resources to support youth goals.
• Provide transportation for youth to activities as needed.
