Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Baseball Instructor for part-time, non-exempt roles at the ComEd Recreational Center in Chicago. The coach will lead youth baseball practices, design drills, and promote teamwork while maintaining safety and professionalism on and off the field.

The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a $19.00 hourly rate and benefits including paid leave accrual, sick time accrual, and a 401(k) once eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children across age groups.
• Ability to design age-appropriate drills and activities.
• Strong emphasis on safety and supervision during practice and games.

Responsibilities

• Lead practices, games, and scrimmages for youth baseball.
• Instruct drills to develop fundamental skills and teamwork.
