Job summary

Legends Global in Chicago, IL is seeking a Baseball Instructor for a part-time, non-exempt role at the ComEd Recreational Center. You will lead practices, teach drills, and supervise activities for children's athletic programs to ensure a fun, safe learning environment.

You will oversee field activities, assist with officiating, enforce safety guidelines, and model professionalism and teamwork. Flexible hours include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess current Red Cross CPR certification.
• Experience working with children across various age groups.
• Background in athletics and/or team sports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and instruct small teams of young players during practices, games, and scrimmages.
• Design and deliver age-appropriate baseball drills to develop fundamental skills.
• Foster teamwork and individual growth on and off the field.
• Assist with officiating and ensure fair play during games.
• Enforce safety guidelines and model professional conduct.
