Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a part-time Bartender for Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort in Tennessee. You will provide an excellent dining experience, prepare specialty drinks, and maintain a clean bar area in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, communicating daily specials, handling POS transactions, and supporting cross-functional tasks as needed. A Serve Safe/Alcohol Server Certification is required or obtainable, with a minimum 21 years of age and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, Required.
• Must be able to obtain Serve Safe/Alcohol Server Certification.
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and maintain driving record if required.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and ring up drinks using the POS system.
• Prepare specialty drinks to standard with proper ingredients and presentation.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and monitor supply levels throughout shift.
• Answer phone and record take-out food and drink orders.
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
