Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a part-time seasonal Bartender to deliver outstanding guest service, craft specialty drinks, and maintain a clean, safe bar area in line with Dollywood's mission.

Applicants must be at least 21, have a High School Diploma, Serve Safe/Alcohol Server Certification, and be able to operate a POS system; prior bar experience is a plus. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

• Serve Safe/Alcohol Server Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent dining experience with proper service steps.
• Prepare specialty drinks with correct ingredients and presentation.
• Answer phones and take-out orders; record transactions.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and proper supply levels.
• Operate POS accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
• Follow health codes and participate in upsell strategies.
