Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server at Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort. This part-time, year-round position involves providing quick, friendly banquet service and delivering an excellent dining experience for guests as part of a team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

The role requires at least 6 months of relevant experience, the ability to obtain required alcohol/server certifications, and a valid driver7s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of previous job-related experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain food and alcoholic beverage server certification.
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to safely operate company vehicles and maintain valid driver7s license and driving record
Background screening including criminal history and motor vehicle record check consent

Responsibilities

Checks with Manager for daily objectives
Familiarizes with BEOs in planning for shifts
Sets up coffee breaks, meals, buffets, bar service and labels according to BE
Inspects rooms for cleanliness and proper supplies
Coordinates food pickup timing with kitchen
Maintains a clean and sanitary environment per health codes
Executes banquet service standards as planned
Performs proper breakdowns and storage of supplies
Participates in daily line ups
