Job summary

Envision Imaging of Desoto is seeking a part-time X-Ray Technologist for Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with a pay range of $27.29 to $35.18 per hour. The role performs diagnostic X-Ray procedures, adjusts equipment settings, and positions patients for optimal imaging.

The tech supports physicians with contrast and tomographic exams while maintaining safety and patient care. Candidates should have ARRT certification in Radiography, a current RT license if applicable, CPR, and at least two years

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RT program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Registry in Radiography (R) current.
• State license current (if applicable).
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic X-Ray procedures and positions patient.
• Assists physicians with contrast media and tomography as needed.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintains and inspects imaging equipment; reports issues.
• Transfers images to radiologists or locations as required.
