Job summary

Envision Imaging is seeking a part-time X-Ray Technologist to join our outpatient team. Shifts Tue and Wed 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM with a competitive pay range of $27.29–$35.18 per hour.

You will perform diagnostic X-Ray procedures, adjust equipment, position patients, and assist physicians with contrast media and tomography. ARRT certification and state license, CPR, and 2+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two plus years’ X-Ray experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Registry in Radiography (R).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with patients to ascertain history and explains procedures to obtain best imaging.
• Reviews patient charts for information, consent, and allergies.
• Obtains prior films as needed and submits high-quality scans for radiologist interpretation.
• Performs exams while monitoring patient care and notifying supervisors if condition changes.
• Transfers images to other locations as needed and coordinates with Radiologist.
• Maintains and inspects equipment, reports defects promptly.
• Demonstrates ethical conduct and time management; works with center staff.
