Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer X Ray Material Analysis in Indianapolis, IN. This Part Time role offers $17.22 per hour with a DayTime and evening schedule and access to the Claim a Shift platform.

You will provide customer service to staff and visitors, screen people and belongings, monitor entry points, verify credentials, and respond to incidents. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma; badge experience and customer service are preferred, with X-ray screening

Qualifications

Access-control and badge handling experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
X-Ray screening experience preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and emergency response activities.
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and personal belongings per access-control requirements.
Monitor entry points and screening equipment, verify credentials, and report irregularities or prohibited items.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following procedures and escalation protocols.
Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and access points; vary by location.
