Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Imaging Checkpoint in Indianapolis, IN. You will support a logistics and distribution site by conducting X-ray screening, badge verification, and access control, while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or customer service is preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• 1+ year of security screening or access control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or packages in accordance with site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and assist with maintaining authorized access to operational areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
