Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Criminal history considered in line with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, crew members, and visitors by carrying out screening procedures and policies.
• Screen passengers, carry-on items, luggage, and supplies according to established protocols.
• Monitor screening equipment and access points and report suspicious items or activities.
• Respond to incidents calmly while maintaining professional communication.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and surrounding perimeter.
