Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, crew, visitors, and vendors while carrying out screening procedures at a cruise terminal.
• Screen passengers, belongings, and items using screening equipment; report suspicious items.
• Verify credentials and access for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of terminal areas and document incidents according to site procedures.
