Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer X Ray Image Analyst in Norfolk, VA. You will conduct security screening at a cruise terminal, verify credentials, and respond to incidents while providing excellent customer service.

This role requires at least 1 year of security experience, a TSA TWIC, and the ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends. Training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• TWIC credential required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, crew, visitors, and vendors while conducting security screening per procedures.
• Screen passengers and belongings using screening equipment; report prohibited items.
• Verify credentials and access for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, proactive manner and communicate observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminal areas and document incidents.
