Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team for a part-time wound care role at our facilities in Connecticut. You will conduct wound assessments and create personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP license in the state, has at least 1 year of wound care experience, and demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management
